While in Honolulu, come visit us and take our factory tour. In it, you will be able to actually walk through the production area and interact with the staff. After touring the shop, you will participate in an activity, especially for our tour guests. Finally, we will perform a special song for you as a thank you.

Our warranty slogan, "Better than the Weather," reflects out commitment to the relentless pursuit of perfection. We are confident enough in our building methods to offer the following guarantee:

We will repair or replace your instrument if your KoAloha exhibits:*

- Faulty Workmanship
- Defective Materials
- Wood Movement**

Our Warranty does not include:

- Abuse
- Erosion from natural wear and tear

For any claims, send your instrument to us freight prepaid along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Our warranty is extended to purchases from our factory or authorized dealers only.

*Applicable to KoAloha and KoAlana ukulele models. We will need to receive physical evidence of any claims against our warranty. We reserve the right to determine how the damages were incurred. We will not be liable for the expense of freight in the event of warranty disqualifications.

**For the instrument built & dated prior to August 2005, our wood movement has no limitations. For instruments built after June 30, 2005, wood movement will be guaranteed with the verified purchase of an inside-case humidifier at the time of the ukulele purchase. Failure to provide this may void any wood movement claims.
